Terms of service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [Operating company name and ABN] for using Snappy. By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you're agreeing for that business.
The service
Snappy helps you manage enquiries, bookings, quotes, contracts, questionnaires, invoices and client communication. We'll keep improving it, and sometimes that means changing or retiring features. We'll tell you before anything important changes.
Your account and team
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your studio, including what your team members do.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
Free trial and subscription
- New studios get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, a paid subscription is needed to keep using the app. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from Your subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period unless the law requires it.
- Prices include GST where it applies. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your content and your clients
- Everything you put in Snappy stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
- You're responsible for having the right to contact your clients and keep their information, and for the contracts, prices and terms you send them.
- Card payments from your clients go to your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. We don't hold your money.
- The starter contract and other templates are examples to adapt, not legal advice.
Fair use
Don't use Snappy to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or try to access other studios' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Snappy running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (like lost bookings or profits), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can export your data and delete your studio at any time. If you stop paying or break these terms, we may suspend or close the account after giving you notice and a chance to export your data.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. If we update them we'll let you know; continuing to use the service means you accept the update. Questions: [support email].
